- I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing & a Chartered Marketer
- I originally trained as a journalist & have a BA in Broadcast Journalism. I used to read news reports on local radio
- I started my marketing career in 1999 working for a digital agency
- I’m passionate about brand planning & have dedicated most of my career to it.
- I’m a brand archetypes expert. They bring clarity to ALL brands in ANY situation & I made it my mission to understand this phenomenon inside out.
- I grew the GHD brand under Private Equity Investment from being worth £55m to £300m
- I’ve worked both agency & client side
- I’ve worked on a diverse range of brands such as: Heinz, Umbro, Ariel, BBC, Orange, Premier Farnell & HD Brows
- I founded my consultancy business in 2016
- I founded The SME Marketing Academy in 2023

Besides being a marketer, I’m also mum to two children and a passionate champion of women and their careers.
