The Purpose of Brand Purpose

I speak to all my clients about *Brand Purpose*.

Very often, I discover that their whole reason for being has somehow become lost in the day to day. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Can you honestly say that your staff know why they get out of bed every day? ๐Ÿ›๏ธ

If the answer is to make sure they get paid, then you’re looking at this all wrong! Paying people a salary is a hygiene factor. Everyone goes to work to earn money, that’s a given.

But the most successful brands are the ones who can mobilise their whole team behind a common purpose, a goal bigger than themselves, something that has meaning.

I know what you may be thinking…This sort of lofty ideal is reserved for charities, environmentalists and those working in healthcare. But you couldn’t be more wrong.
